At Intercon Inc., we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for our services. Our policy below outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

Prior to Service Commencement: If you wish to cancel your service before we begin the recruitment process, you may do so without any penalty. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

After Service Commencement: If you decide to cancel after the recruitment process has started, you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes candidate sourcing, screening, and any other related activities. Intercon Inc.-Initiated Cancellations

Intercon Inc. reserves the right to cancel a service agreement under circumstances such as non-compliance with the terms of service, provision of false information, or other justifiable reasons. In such cases, a refund will be provided for services not rendered.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been fully rendered. If a service has been partially completed, we will assess the value of the work done and provide a partial refund accordingly. Non-Refundable Fees

Improvements

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at refunds@interconinc.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, we encourage clients to contact our customer service team first. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and in a timely manner. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to senior management for further review.
